So I thought I'd post a bit of an update. Not too much new is going on except that I decided instead of signing up as a Stampin' Up demonstrator I'd sign up as a Close To My Heart consultant and not just to be a hobby demonstrator but to actually work it as a business. So I'm pretty excited. I've been making plans for scrap clubs, card workshops, and home gatherings. If anyone is interested in getting into scrapbooking or adding to their scrapbooking supply collection, give me a call or drop me a message.
I will be starting a new blog just for my CTMH business so I hope you stop by and check it out. Feel free to leave a comment-good or bad-I need constructive criticism to grow and learn so let me know what you think and send your friends to my site. Tell your friends if they check out my blog that they should leave me a message saying you sent them and you'll both get a free goodie from me!!! Stay tuned for the business blog address! Happy crafting!
Thanks for stopping by!!!

Slacking, I know....
So yes, it's been awhile since I posted. Partly because I couldn't remember my login and password. Anywhooooo......this past month I've been pretty busy. School started back up the beginning of September and I'm already passed the mid-point of the classes. So I've been busy with that. Not to mention my two middle children are back in school. Emily is Pre-K4 and Erika is in 8th. Time sure flies.
My husband and I took a mini-vaca up north for our anniversary weekend in August. It was a lot of fun. We checked out some of our states natural landmarks (waterfalls). Wisconsin is one beautiful state. If you've never been-you should.
Other than that I've decided to get organized and get crafty! In my spare time that is...lol Yes I know, what's that? Spare time? I chuckle at that phrase. I have been working on putting freezer meals in the freezer to make my week nights easier with school and kids. Not too mention trying my luck at coupon clipping, organizing my house, trying to get my crafting done, and everything else in between.
On the subject of my crafting, I have been seriously considering signing up as a Stampin' Up consultant. Not to actually be a sales rep but be a hobby demonstrator. They're having an awesome sign on bonus the month of October. Sign up with SU and get a Sizzix Big Shot or $100 worth of free product! Awesome!!! So I'm debating that little tempting morsal....
Well I think that's all for now. I'll try to post more frequently but no promises...school takes up a lot of my time.
Have a great day!

Bring on the weekend!
Well it's Thursday. Lots to do between now and the weekend. It's so nice not to have to worry about school!!!! We are in the process of setting up a rummage sale. Too many things to go through, to tag, to organize. Let me tell you, these kids have SOOOO many toys. We definitely need to downsize! So rummage on Saturday and BABY SHOWER on Sunday!!! I'm going to be a GREAT Aunt. I can hardly believe it. So I'm working double time on trying to finish a scrapbook by Sunday morning. I've got about 6 pages done, only 14 more to go!!!!lol If I get 7 done tonight and 7 tomorrow I should be good to go.
I'm currently waiting for the Dish TV guy, we're upgrading our package so for some reason they need to come out for that...oh well. If it wasn't for that I'd be upstairs scrapping my little fingers away....
Ok, well I'll let you all know how things went this weekend, next week. Bye for now!

Finally!!
Took my final tonight. 90%, I'm pretty happy with that. Now I have a month off to do what I want and get some MUCH needed relaxing in. I'm soooo psyched. I'm done with school in a year!!!! I've been in school for a year. Wow. Where does the time go? It just flew by.
Looking forward to getting my degree and contributing to the household once again. I'm sure I'll miss being home all day with the kids but at the same time I'll enjoy being with adults!!!! Some actual real conversations! It will be a joy to converse in adult language where everything doesn't need to be repeated three times. No more ketchup on the floor, cottage cheese in the hair...well not every lunch hour anyway. But yes, I look at going back to work as a vacation! It's hard being home all day, every day with two young children. Ask any stay at home mom and she'll tell you. Life isn't a box of bon bons when you work at home. It's actually WORK. It's work that NEVER ENDS. It's STRESS.
But at the same time, it's been great to watch the girls grow and change. To see their personalities develop. To watch the youngest stand up for her self and actually fight back. I hate to see what she'll be like in school because I'm pretty sure she won't stand for other kids bullying her around. She's a brut! I wonder how many phone calls I'll get from the school office??? Hmmmm......well I have a couple years to go before I have to worry about that.
The garage building starts tomorrow. Two weeks ago they poured the floor and sealed it, but it rained while it was still wet and now it's all marked up and Justin's not too happy about that. Oh well, what can you do? I'll take pics of the process...
That's all for now, check back soon! Will keep you posted!

Here goes nothing!
Well what can I say??? A friend of mine recently started a blog and I got the urge to do the same. I think it will be fun to document life as I see it and how my life is on a daily or weekly basis. So this is my first post. It's probably kind of boring but hey, I'm just doing a test run for now. I'll post something of more interest in a few days....I hope.
